TYPES OF PRODUCT

All our equipment is based on a range of standard designs which are modular in concept to allow for our Customers individual needs such as adding on ancillary equipment specific to their requirements. A range of standard mild steel and stainless steel finishes are available. Hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical or manually operated options are available. guarding supplied to latest BS 5304 specification and to the EC Safety of Machinery (1992) Regulations. Ancillary equipment can also be included such as weighing stations, vibratory equipment, PLC operation, visual monitoring and extraction systems.

PALLETISERS

Floor or pit mounted. Primarily designed to palletise delicate or high cost loads with precision.

 

PRE-LIFT TILTERS

PreLift

 

Perfect for applications where lift is required prior to tipping in environments where lifting chains are not acceptable such as food processing and dusty atmospheres.

TIPPLERS

Tippler

 

Chain driven machines used for applications where containers have to be lifted prior to tipping.

 

INCLINATORS

Primarily used to assist Operators in the load/off loading of parts from containers.

TILTERS

Tilters

 

Manufactured to handle most types of container, these machines are built to discharge their contents by rotating the load around a fixed point giving a final angle of 135º.

INVERTERS

Invertors

 

Machines can either be ‘stand alone’ or incorporated into conveyor systems. Used either for inverting loads or for discharging contents into hoppers positioned directly underneath.
